BC Bees is a Monmouthshire honey producer run by husband and wife Andrew and Jacky, keeping bees across a number of small, carefully selected apiary sites in the rolling landscape of the county. All honey is traditionally extracted to ensure it is raw, unblended and unfiltered, with each jar containing only the honey from one specific apiary site — allowing the distinct forage and character of each location to come through in the flavour. Batches are limited and vary seasonally.
