Big Dog Coffee Company is an independent speciality coffee roaster in South Wales, producing coffee for espresso, filter and everyday brewing. Its coffees include single-origin releases, house blends and decaf options, with green beans sourced from producers around the world. Roasting takes place on a Diedrich drum roaster, with each coffee developed to bring out the character of its origin or blend. The company also operates coffee shops in Blackwood and Merthyr Tydfil alongside the roastery.
