Gethin's Cyder is a pure juice cyder producer at Parc yr Eithin, New Moat near Clarbeston Road in Pembrokeshire, pressing Pembrokeshire and Monmouthshire apples to make cyder without added water, sweeteners or flavourings. The core range of three cyders - Original, Pennyfarthing and Boneshaker - spans medium to medium-dry styles, blended from local dessert and bittersweet cider apple varieties. Each year's batch is shaped by the harvest, with some limited-edition blends produced alongside the core range.
