Polly’s is an independent brewery established in 2018 at Holland Farm near Mold. It brews hop-forward modern beers in cans and kegs, with a frequently changing range spanning pale ales, IPAs, lager, sours and stouts. Beer is sold online for UK delivery, available through preordered brewery collection and supplied to pubs, bottle shops and international distribution partners. The company also operates Polly’s Social, its separate taproom and restaurant in Mold, serving brewery-fresh beer.
