Shepherd’s Biscuits is a family-run North Wales bakery founded by James and Natasha Shepherd in 2013. From its bakery at Station Yard in Llanrwst, it makes hand-crafted Aberffraw biscuits, Welsh biscuits, biscuits for cheese and limited-edition Signature Journey shortbread. The business also produces trade cases, foodservice packs, corporate gifts and own-label biscuits for shops, hotels and hospitality partners.
