The Pudding Wagon makes handmade brownies, blondies, brookies and stuffed cookies at its production unit at Capel Dewi in Ceredigion. Brownies are the core product, with rocky road and seasonal varieties added through the year. The range is baked in-house and packaged into boxes. Corporate gifting selections and personalised orders are also produced alongside the standard range.
