William's Honey is a beekeeper and honey producer based in Bryn, a hill village between the Afan and Llynfi valleys in Neath Port Talbot. Honey is harvested from local hives and sold as pure Welsh honey, with character varying seasonally according to the forage available across the upland and valley landscape around the village.
