Bay Coffee Roasters roasts coffee near Cardigan at Parc Tanygroes, close to Tresaith on the west Wales coast. The business works only with Arabica coffees and roasts each coffee individually, favouring medium-to-light roasting. Core coffees include Seadog, with notes of nuttiness, caramel and earthy spice, and Offshore, with fudge, candied lemon peel and a bright citrus finish. Roasted coffee is sold as beans and ground coffee from the west Wales roastery.
