Ffynnon Wen Farm is a small-scale artisan cheese producer near Capel Isaac, Llandeilo in Carmarthenshire, making sheep's milk cheese by hand from milk from its own flock. The farm produces Soft Joyce, a fresh sheep's milk cheese, in small batches with seasonal variation in flavour reflecting the farm's grazing cycle. Cheese is sold direct through the farm's online shop and as gift selections.
