Dairy Partners is a large-scale cheese manufacturer at Aberarad, Newcastle Emlyn in Carmarthenshire, producing mozzarella and pasta filata cheeses for the UK and export markets. The creamery processes cheese into grated, shredded, diced and block formats, supplying the foodservice, quick-service restaurant and food ingredients sectors. The site is one of the principal mozzarella production facilities in Wales.
