HEB Bakery is a 100% gluten-free micro bakery in West Wales, run from a dedicated gluten-free baking set-up near Cardigan Bay. Founded by a coeliac baker, it produces breads and savoury bakes alongside cakes and sweet treats. The range includes rosemary focaccia, wholegrain baguettes, tiger rolls, cookies, brownies, Welsh cakes, sausage rolls and quiches. Everything is made within the bakery’s gluten-free set-up, keeping both sweet and savoury production free from gluten.
