Mrs Will the Fish is a seafood dresser based at Parc Benny, Panteg Road in Upper Solva, Pembrokeshire, preparing dressed crab, lobster, spider crab and seafood platters from locally caught shellfish. Crabs and lobsters are delivered live daily and dressed on the premises, with seafood platters made to order from combinations of dressed lobster, dressed crab, crevettes and prawns.
