CwtchBakes is a Caerphilly bakery making Welsh cakes, handmade fudge and a changing selection of sweet bakes. Its Welsh cakes include the traditional sultana version alongside seasonal flavours such as raspberry and white chocolate, lemon drizzle and salted caramel apple. Fudge is slow-cooked and hand-stirred in small batches, with flavours including vanilla, chocolate, Biscoff and espresso. Brownies, blondies, chunky cookies and rocky road add a more contemporary side to the baking at Ffos Caerffili.
