Terry’s Patisserie in Aberbargoed produces tarts, tortes, cheesecakes, macarons, choux pastries and individual desserts from its Euro Business Park kitchen. Welsh-inspired creations include Halen Môn salted caramel torte, Welshcake and honey cheesecake, and Penderyn whisky liqueur torte. Other bakes include passionfruit tart, raspberry choux buns, Black Forest gateaux, custard slices and afternoon-tea pastries. Its pastry chefs work across delicate single portions, larger desserts and seasonal collections, combining classic patisserie techniques with flavours drawn from Wales and beyond.
