Mountainview – Golwg y Mynydd is a dairy-farm ice cream producer established in 2007, making farm-fresh dairy ice cream from milk produced by its own herd near Llandeilo. Production now takes place at Food Centre Wales in Horeb, Ceredigion. The business also makes ice-cream milkshakes and offers a changing range of flavours. Salted Caramel Swirl combines homemade salted caramel with butterscotch ice cream, alongside fruit, chocolate and other flavoured dairy ice creams.
