Mr Holt’s is a chocolate and confectionery producer on Ynys Môn with production at Tregarnedd Business Park in Llangefni and Melin Llynon at Llanddeusant. The Llangefni facility produces a range of Welsh chocolate bars carrying Welsh-language names. At Melin Llynon the business makes Mônuts, its Anglesey-branded doughnuts produced fresh on site in multiple batches each day. The windmill also mills stoneground wholemeal flour from organic wheat grown for milling.
